Some Description items have a limited number of possible responses and these can most easily be presented to the user as a defined list of choices in a drop down menu. 

The values are contained in the $DESCVALUE parameter and should have three component parts:

|**S**   |Default Text, which appears in the drop down menu.|
|**L**   |Text, in the various localized language versions.|
