If the left (right) neighbor vehicle has the type ''<Type>'', then the picture ''<PictureName>'' is overlaid on the left (right) side of the base picture.  If a **''#''** sign precedes ''<Type>'', the action is reversed: the picture ''<PictureName>'' is overlaid when the neighbor is not of the type ''<Type>''. If a **''#''** sign is placed before ''<PictureName>'', the picture will be mirrored.
