The **Help** menu item provides access to help files, information about the program and links to Internet resources.

The first section opens the help file to various sections: 

  * The first page of the help file, 
  * The Table of Contents, 
  * The page in the help file associated with whichever page is currently open,
  * The help file page with shortcut keys,
  * Context sensitive help 
  * Syntax descriptions. 

In the second section one finds 

  * Older html documentation ( **''Traffic.htm''**), 
  * The about page with information about the program version, the author and contributors 
  * A link to the Traffic web site.
