Sets the criteria <Criteria> for all vehicles in the train to “true.”  One can use this in the Timetable File to turn vehicle options inherited from Stock List entry modifiers on and off, such as making loaded freight wagons appear unloaded or steam locomotives with or without smoke.  This is contingent on the presence of the conditional modifier [E!BT: … ]being in the vehicle's Stock List entry.

If the criteria appears as a global modifier at the beginning of a train definition, it acts on each vehicle of the train. If it is placed behind a macro inside parentheses, or inside the macro or parentheses before the vehicles, it acts on all of the vehicles (and macros) contained in that macro or parentheses. If the criteria appears after a single vehicle, it acts on all of the modifiers that vehicle has.
