Für Belgien gilt offenbar das gleiche wie für Frankreich: Mann wollte die deutsche 50er nict, obwohl 140 in Begien gebaute Loks nach Belgien verbracht wurden. Dort wurden sie allerdings nur abgestellt und dann verschrottet. Nur 14 noch nicht fertige Loks wurden nach Kriegsende als Reihe 25 von der SNCB übernommen und waren bis 1958 im Einsatz.
