Default value for the rate of acceleration for vehicles in the Movement.

The value is inherited in the section hierarchy if specified in a section command.

The value input here is transferred to the Movement unaltered at the time each Movement begins.  Therefore, if a range or selection is specified in this parameter, then the decision of the value to be used is decided by random immediately before the Movement begins unless the Movement itself already has an attached acceleration value in it.
